Laminated Object Manufacturing

Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) In LOM rapid prototyping, laminated paper is utilized to form the prototype.

The finished prototype will have a texture similar to wood that is eventually sealed and lacquered to give it more strength and prevent moisture damage.

This is a basic overview of laminated object manufacturing technology. For more information, please review our article on rapid technology prototyping.
